Making Komboucha is not so much a tricky task as it is a lengthy process – luckily most of the time needed to make Komboucha is actually while it’s sat in the cupboard fermenting.
We stock the home fermenting kit which is supplied by the Happy Gut Hut – the same te am that supplies our Komboucha in store. This Komboucha making home kit contains everything you need to make your own komboucha except for the glass jars. You’ll need a large glass jar and then smaller glass bottles to decant your komboucha in to but other than that you get:
